The Bellini cocktail was first invented around the 1930's in a bar in Venice, Italy and has been a huge hit ever since.

Typically the cocktails uses puréed white Italian peaches, for our version we substitute this with a premium white peach infused liqueur by Gabriel Boudier - this boost the cocktails ABV as well elevating and accentuating the peach flavour whilst ensuring there's no pulp in your fizz.

 

To add another modern twist to this classic we've added Popaball peaches & cream flavour bubbles, which when sipped will burst on your tongue expelling even more creamy peach flavours and adding a stunning molecular mixology visual to your glass. INGREDIENTS

  • Crème de Pêche- 18% - 25ml

  • Tiamo Prosecco - 11% - 100ml

  • Peaches & Cream Popaball bubbles

METHOD

Recommended glassware: Champagne flute

 

First add 25ml Creme de Peche directly into your champagne flute, along with a generous teaspoon of the Popaball peaches & cream flavour bubbles.

 

Take your Prosecco out of the fridge and top up the champagne flute (roughly 100ml) . Using a barspoon or teaspoon give the contents of the glass a quick decisive stir to ensure all the liquids are fully integrated then serve & enjoy!
