MOJITO

FUSS FREE COCKTAILS

ABOUT

The Mojito is one of the most famous cocktails in the world, as well as one of the most refreshing!

Originating from Cuba, it grew vastly popular amongst sailors as a way to utilise their rum rations and keep pesky scurvy at bay with a refreshing hit of lime.

To keep things traditional, this recipe calls for white or brown granulated sugar instead of sugar syrup, and some crushed ice is an absolute must! (If you don't have any to hand try crushing some cubes in a clean tea-towel with a rolling pin before adding to the glass.) Best enjoyed sipped in the sun, pretending you're on holiday.
